My Best Project Experience
A client‘s full realignment of units and teams. The overriding goal was to meet its customers’ needs in a faster and better way. A tight schedule, rigid structures and a high number of people involved made this project particularly demanding.
Anticipating the client as well as its company structure and supporting the change with specific ideas have been characteristics of the project. In order to take all employees on the way to transformation and be able to appreciate their contributions to the implementation, further communication activities were designed and launched. These related to realignment and individual responsibility and triggered plenty of movement and the necessary exchange within the teams.
It was exciting and great to observe, that despite the limited time available, the participants’ mindset changed towards more self-organisation so that corporate goal was particularly supported.
