My Best Project Experience

I was involved by a customer when it came to taking on and editing a lot of good hints from an employee survey.

I have assisted in forming work priorities and in setting up small teams who have worked on the topics. At an employee conference the responsible persons have presented and enriched the topics in workshops. Subsequently, work continued and decisions were taken in interdisciplinary teams. Currently I support the management team in a leadership retreat to bring into force all innovations. More than a year of working on the topics lies behind us.

This tenacity during a high workload, constantly reflecting and concretely setting into motion I have accompanied with great joy. I was particularly pleased by the feedback that my support had been instrumental to edit and successfully finish the process stringently participation-oriented.
